Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum pet weight recommended for this leash?

The AeroGlide™ leash is engineered for small to medium dogs and cats weighing up to 45 lbs (20 kg). For larger, powerful pullers over 45 lbs, we recommend our heavy-duty fixed webbing leads.

How does the one-touch locking system operate?

Simply press down on the top thumb button to brake immediately. To lock the leash at a fixed length, press down and slide the lock switch forward. To unlock and allow free movement again, gently slide the switch back.

Is this a round cord or a flat ribbon leash?

It utilizes a flat, high-tensile nylon ribbon tape, which is substantially stronger, more visible, and less prone to tangling or causing friction burns than thin nylon cords.

Can it be attached to any harness or collar?

Yes. The 360° rotating stainless zinc alloy snap hook connects easily and securely to all standard D-rings on pet collars and chest harnesses.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on destination, with Free Express Delivery on orders over $50.

What is the return policy?

All purchases are covered by our 14-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee. If the leash does not meet your expectations, contact our customer care team within 14 days of receipt for an easy return or exchange.
